Bad Weather Policy:

The weather in North Carolina is unpredictable and can vary from region to region in the city.  Our staff does not feel comfortable "guessing" on Saturday night what the roads will be like on Sunday morning, nor do we want to try to make that decision early on Sunday while volunteers are on their way.

We also do not want you to risk getting hurt while coming in to fulfill a volunteer responsibility or attend a service. We believe the best person to judge if you should come to church, is YOU!

So How Do You Know If You Should Come?

Make plans to attend on Sunday. Then, when you wake up and look outside on Sunday morning, make a personal decision for you and your family. If you decide you should not come because it is too dangerous, then please stay home and do not feel any sense of responsibility. We understand and want you to make a wise choice.

If it feels safe to you, then please come to church. You do not need to check the TV or our website for news of a cancellation. Our staff will be there and will provide a service for you.
