November 2010

In the month of November, we gave back $5,815 to our community through the following: Christmas Mission, Coaches Time Out, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, The Cypress Project, Matthews Help Center, Crisis Pregnancy Center and Christ Our Shepherd Ministries

October 2010

During October, you gave enough for us to give back $7,868. We were able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Coaches Time Out, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Butler Football Team Dinners, Walter Bickett Christmas Misson, Habitat for Humanity

September 2010

The giving in September allowed our 10% tithe to be $5,418. We were able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Coaches Time Out, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Butler Football Team Dinners, Walter Bickett Christmas Misson, Habitat for Humanity

August 2010

Our August tithe was $7,853. We supported the following: Matthews Help Center, Stuff The Bus (Local Schools), Coaches Time Out, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Butler Football Team Dinners, Walter Bickett Christmas Misson, Howell Center Landscaping

July 2010

The tithe in July was $5.649. While we saw a dip in giving during the summer months, Team Church kept its commitment to giving BACK 10% to the community. We were still able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Stuff The Bus (Local Schools), Coaches Time Out, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Butler Football Team Dinners, Walter Bickett Christmas Misson, Howell Center Landscaping, Habitat for Humanity

June 2010

In June, our tithe was $6,170. Thanks to you, we supported the following: Matthews Help Center, Stuff The Bus (Local Schools), Coaches Time Out, Lancaster Co. Campus, The Cypress Project, Christ Our Shepherd Ministries, Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity Update:
In June a team of volunteers assisted in the building of a Habitat home in Matthews. Your faithful giving made this possible. Below is a THANK YOU from the Habitat coordinator:

"On behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Matthews, THANK YOU for volunteering with us on Saturday, June 26th. We hope you all enjoyed your time at Habitat. We value our volunteers as you are the hands behind what we do, and for that, we cannot thank you enough for your time and financial contribution. We hope to maintain a relationship with Team Church for our future builds and other Habitat volunteer opportunities. Thanks again for your service to Habitat and our partner families."

May 2010

Our May tithe was $7,183. We were able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Stuff The Bus (Local Schools), Coaches Time Out, Lancaster Co. Campus, The Cypress Project, Christ Our Shepherd Ministries, Habitat for Humanity

April 2010

Our April tithe was $6,335. We were able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Union Co Humane Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Lancaster Co. Campus, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Coaches Time Out

Howell Center Landscaping Update:
Team Howell Center 2010 finished way ahead of schedule this past Saturday - so many smiling, serving hearts showed up and really worked as a team. 6 large landscape areas were weeded and 150 plants/bushes were lovingly planted and fertilized. Over 22 yard of mulch was then spread around the Howell center grounds. The team was actually able to spread mulch to areas we had not even planned for!!!!! In addition to all that, Team Howell Center 2010 saw to it that a basketball hoop that laid on the ground for the past two years became a permanent piece of equipment for the residents to use in the track area.

March 2010

March was still a strong month of giving, with a tithe of $6,905. We were able to support the following: Matthews Help Center, Jamaica Missions Trip, Lancaster Co. Campus, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Coaches Time Out, Howell Center Landscaping

Jamaica Missions Trip Update:
Team Jamaica was able to live out the one purpose of Team Church while serving in Jamaica over Spring Break. We met people where they were and began leading them to a full devotion to Christ. We met their physical needs by building shelter, providing clothing, supplies, medicine, and food and by enabling some 50 Jamaicans to meet their own needs through being gainfully employed for the week we were there; we met their emotional needs through personal interactions on the job sites, and at the Harmony House functions; we met their spiritual needs through scripture, and by giving God the glory for meeting some of their worldly needs. The ironic part was, while we were doing all this for them, we were also being lead into a more full devotion to Christ.

February 2010

The people of Team Church were presented with the challenge to GIVE, and they did. We had a fantastic month of giving - reaching our budget goals. Our TITHE was over $8,000! We were able to accomplish so much this month, thanks to your commitment to giving:

Haiti Relief, Team Church Lancaster Co. Campus, The Cypress Project, Liberty Baptist Fellowship, Jamaica Missions Trip, Coaches Time Out, Matthews Help Center (we got everything on the MHC wish list this month. Awesome!)

January 2010
