Pillars of TC Soccer

Cultivating Christ-like Character:
Our primary goal is to help kids develop virtues such as patience, humility, integrity, and self-control on and off the field. This means encouraging them to be good sports, respect coaches and referees, and manage their emotions whether winning or losing, reflecting the character of Jesus.

Fostering Teamwork and Unity:
Soccer is a team sport, and we aim to teach kids the importance of working together, encouraging one another, and celebrating each other's successes. This models the Christian principle of unity within the body of Christ, where every member plays a vital role.

Demonstrating Love and Kindness:
We want every player to feel valued and supported. A key goal is to encourage acts of kindness, empathy, and forgiveness among teammates and opponents alike. This reflects the biblical command to love our neighbors as ourselves, making the field a place where grace is extended.

Promoting Perseverance and Resilience through Faith:
Kids will face challenges, make mistakes, and experience setbacks. We will teach them the value of persevering through difficulty, bouncing back from disappointment, and trusting in God's strength when they feel weak. This builds resilience rooted in faith, understanding that God is with them through every challenge.

Glorifying God Through Play:
Ultimately, our goal is for kids to understand that their talents, energy, and joy on the soccer field are gifts from God. We will encourage them to play with passion, integrity, and gratitude, using their abilities to honor God and be a positive witness to others.

NEW League Format
Level 1 - 7U: Foundations League 9:00am - 10:30am
This level is where players build the core skills and enthusiasm for soccer. It's all about learning the absolute basics, enjoying the game, and fostering a love for the sport in a supportive, fun environment. (Example: ages 5ish-7)
Level 2 - 10U: Ascend League 9:00am - 10:30am
At this stage, players elevate their game, refining existing skills and acquiring new ones. This level focuses on deeper tactical understanding, enhanced teamwork, and a more challenging, yet still development-focused, competitive experience. (Example: ages 7-10)
Level 3 - 12U: Summit League 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
This is the pinnacle level for players ready to demonstrate mastery, engage in advanced strategic play, and compete at a higher intensity. "Summit" implies reaching new heights in skill, performance, and understanding of the game. (Example: ages 10-12)
